CUSTOM ORDER FAQ

  • We may offer custom items not currently shown as the designs and merchandise options are constantly being added. If you have a type of product in mind please be as specific as possible in order for us to provide you the best options. 

 

  • For small customizations (i.e. adding names, dates, etc to an existing product) the customization fee will be less.

 

  • For custom order inquiries you can use the Chat With Us feature on the website or you may also contact us on instagram @thelittykittycreations.

 

  • Custom orders may be paused at any time in order to provide quality service.

 

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. 

 

  • Some items may take 2-3 weeks to receive once the order has been fully submitted - unfortunately there is no way to rush it. Items may be received earlier but we can not guarantee any shipping times. 

 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
